MURPHY KNIFE POUCH

Our MURPHY KNIFE POUCH (Murphy is the county seat of Owyhee Co, Idaho.  See: https://www.bestplaces.net/city/idaho/murphy), is the answer to your knife residing sideways at the bottom of your pocket.  Built of our premium chap leather, waxed in a separate step by us, the lanyard and pouch will give great service and acquire a distinct patina in use.  You get to provide your own personal pocket knife to reside in this pouch of vintage design.

At Gfeller Casemakers, we use primarily natural, minimally processed leathers. These leathers are intentionally not covered with pigments or finishes that hide the natural story of the hide. As a result, each piece may display variations such as range marks, scars, surface texture changes, or other natural characteristics.

These features are not defects—they are evidence of the genuine origin of the material and part of what makes each piece unique. Our brand identity embraces this honesty in materials, and we believe these characteristics speak to authenticity, durability, and tradition.

Our guiding principle is functionality first, paired with a thoughtful effort toward a pleasing appearance. Because natural leather is subjective, a feature one customer values as character may not align with another’s preference.
