DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please select your preferred shipping method from the list provided. We want to assist with your order and if you have questions about a product or shipping schedule please email us before placing your order. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and work hard to maintain adequate inventory. Many of our products are custom made and all are hand made. If your order is delayed in shipping it is because we have not been able to keep up with demand. We appreciate your patience and hope that you take comfort in knowing that we never take shortcuts that will effect product quality or your satisfaction just to speed up production. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship worldwide. International orders must be placed via emailtelephone or fax and will not process through this site. We will confirm receipt and advise total order cost including Shipping with Tracking and Insurance. Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard or PayPal Invoice. RETURN POLICY:We consider all sales final.  If you are unhappy with any product or service you get from Gfeller Casemakers please contact us directly.  If we made a mistake we will correct it as best we can.  This may be through a replacement product or complete refund if necessary.  Our survival depends upon satisfied customers and we take that very seriously.  If you feel that one of our professionals treated you extra kindly, or went out of their way to fill your needs we would like to hear about that too.
